Return Policy
We must receive notice of any discrepancies within 48 hours of order receipt. Once the discrepancy is reported, all returns must be received within 15 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return the item(s), as originally packaged, with a copy of the original packing list and the completed return form. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Taxes will be refunded as applicable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are damaged and received as non-sellable will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure returned packages.
