Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are processed within 24 Hours after receipt. Orders then Ship via Method chosen by Customer.

Please Note: Orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday, will be processed on Monday. Orders received on Company Holidays will be processed on the Next Business Day.

The following will be our 2013 Holiday/Year End Inventory Shipping Schedule

Christmas Holiday

Due to the holiday, orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday, December 21, 2013 will resume shipping on Wednesday, December 26, 2013. Our offices will be closed on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25 2013.

New Year's Holiday/Year End Inventory

Orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday, December 28, 2013 will resume shipping on Wednesday, January 2, 2014. Our offices will be closed on Monday, December 31 2013, and Tuesday, January 1, 2014.

We appreciate your understanding as we complete our annual inventory and allow our employees time to spend with their friends and family this holiday season.

Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Service Days Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

Exceptions FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

FedEx Home Delivery®

Service Description
Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Service Days Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states.
Exceptions FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

FedEx Express Saver®

Service Description
Delivery Times Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.
Service Days Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
Exceptions Not available to and from Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx 2Day®

Service Description
Delivery Times By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas
Service Days Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the day.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states.
Exceptions FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

FedEx 2Day®

Service Description
Delivery Times Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses
by 4:30 to rural areas.
Service Days Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
Exceptions Not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx Priority Overnight®

Service Description
Delivery Times Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
Service Days Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area Available to and from all 50 U.S. states.
Exceptions Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.
