Solidfloor Wood Cleaner is for the maintenance and protection of Solidfloor Engineered Wood Flooring.
Tips for caring for your flooring:
We advise placing felt protectors under furniture legs as well as ensuring that plant pots are never placed directly on the wooden floors. Remove any loose dirt from the floor by using a vacuum cleaner. Residual grains of sand can scratch the surface. We suggest the entrance of your home be protected with a mat or rug if possible.
If the floor has been newly oiled, we recommend that you clean it using only dry methods for the first 10 days.
Residual dirt can be removed by mopping the floor with this product. Simply add approx. 100 ml Wood cleaner to 10 liters of clean water and mop the floor with a well-wrung mop. Allow the floor to dry thoroughly. The floor can only be walked on once completely dry.
Once the floor has been cleaned with Solidfloor Wood cleaner, you can proceed to treating it with Solidfloor HardWax oil.
Oiled floor: To keep an oiled floor at its optimal condition, a treatment with the Solidfloor HardWax oil is required from time to time, depending on the level of daily traffic. Choose from Natural or White depending on the finish color of your floor.
