Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are processed within 24 Hours after receipt. Orders then Ship via Method chosen by Customer.

Please Note: Orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday, will be processed on Monday. Orders received on Company Holidays will be processed on the Next Business Day.

The following will be our 2015 Holiday/Year End Inventory Shipping Schedule

Christmas Holiday

Due to the holiday, orders received after 12 Noon EST on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 will resume shipping on Monday, December 28, 2015. Our offices will be closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25, 2015.

New Year’s Holiday/Year End Inventory

Orders received after 12 Noon EST on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 will resume shipping on Monday, January 4, 2016. Our offices will be closed on Thursday, December 31, 2015, and Friday, January 1, 2016.

We appreciate your understanding as we complete our annual inventory and allow our employees time to spend with their friends and family this holiday season.

Delivery Times Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.

FedEx 2Day®
Delivery Times By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas
Service Days Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the day.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states.
Exceptions FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
FedEx 2Day®
Delivery Times Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses
by 4:30 to rural areas.
Service Days Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
Exceptions Not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii.
FedEx Priority Overnight®
Delivery Times Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
Service Days Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area Available to and from all 50 U.S. states.
Exceptions Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.

Return Policy

We must receive notice of any discrepancies within 48 hours of order receipt. Once the discrepancy is reported, all returns must be received within 15 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return the item(s), as originally packaged, with a copy of the original packing list and the completed return form. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Taxes will be refunded as applicable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are damaged and received as non-sellable will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure returned packages. Custom orders are made to fit your specifications and cannot be changed, canceled, returned or refunded.
